Fudgeworthy

When I found Charlie Infection on Facebook and found out he is still doing his label Fudgeworthy after all these years I knew it would make for a great interview so here it is and it is a great interview:

MC: Where were you born and where did you grow up? What sort of kid were you growing up and what did you be when you were growing up?

CI: I WAS BORN IN MEDFORD , MASS. IN 1958!! I GREW UP IN BURLINGTON, MASS AND NOW I HAVE MY OWN HOUSE IN WOBURN, MASS. BEEN HERE 29 YEARS NOW.

I WAS PRETTY MUCH A NERD OR DORK TYPE GROWING UP. I ALWAYS WANTED TO BE A CARTOONIST! HAHA! THAT NEVER HAPPENED THO...

MC: Did you come from a big family or a smaller family and did you have many friends when you were growing up?

CI: AVERAGE FAMILY- WITH 2 BROTHERS-I'M THE NEGLECTED MIDDLE CHILD! HAHA!! WE HAD A BUNCH OF FRIENDS FROM THE OLD NEIGHBORHOOD.

WE ALWAYS USED TO HANG OUT AND SMOKE WEED!!

MC: When did music start to enter your life and what were some of the first early bands that you heard and did you become a big fan of music when you started to listen to it or did that come later on in life?

CI: MUSIC ENTERED MY LIFE ASA A KID. LISTENING TO MY FOLKS MUSIC LIKE FRANK SINATRA AND NANCY SINATRA!! I LIKED THE TURTLES AND CRAP LIKE THAT! AS A TEEN I DISCOVERED

BLACK SABBATH, TED NUGENT AND DAVID BOWIE. LISTENING TO THAT STUFF ON 8 TRACK! I ALWAYS LOVED MUSIC AND SOMETIMES MUSIC WAS MY ONLY FRIEND! WHEN I GOT OUT OF HIGH SCHOOL I DISCOVERED COLLEGE RADIO (WMBR AND WZBC). THEY HAD NO COMMERCIALS AND I DUG THAT ALOT!

I HAD JUST FOUND OUT ABOUT THE SEX PISTOLS WHEN THEY BROKE UP AND ALSO CHECKED OUT THE DAMNED AND THE RAMONES. AS TIME WENT ON I KEPT LISTENING TO FASTER AND MORE CRAZY BANDS!! IT WAS HARD TO FIND KILLER MUSIC AT THIS TIME SO I TAPED ALOT OF RADIO SHOWS AND WOULD LISTEN TO THAT ALL THE TIME!

MC: Now when did the ugly world of punk rock/hardcore music enter your life and who introduced you to this lovely form of music and what were some of the first bands that you heard and are you still fans of any of these bands these days?

CI: SEE ABOVE FOR THAT. THIS FRIEND OF MINE NAMED MEL TURNED ME ONTO COLLEGE RADIO. I STILL LOVE THE RAMONES, THE EXPLOITED, EARLY BOSTON HARDCORE LIKE SSD, DYS,THE F.U.'S AND SOME LESSER KNOWN BUT KICK ASS BANDS LIKE LEPER AND SMEGMA AND THE NUNZ!

I CAN LISTEN ALL DAY TO DISCHARGE, THE PLASMATICS, POSSESSED, MEATMEN,NEGATIVE APPROACH,POISON IDEA,G.G.ALLIN ETC ETC!

MC: When you started to get into punk rock and stuff was it like a drug that you wanted more and more of? Did you ever do any tape trading at all back in the day? Was there any collage radio stations that played punk rock/hardcore music? Did you ever do any DJ type of stuff at all?

CI: HELL YEAH! AND IT STILL IS! I LOVE TO DISCOVER BANDS THAT ARE UNIQUE AND GREAT SURE I TAPE TRADED ALOT BACK THEN.

THE BIG COLLEGE STATIONS WERE AT M.I.T.(WMBR), BOSTON COLLEGE (WZBC), , EMERSON WAS (WERS)AND HARVARD UNIVERSITY WAS (WHRB).. SOME SMALLER ONES WERE lOWELL UNI (WJUL... NOW ITS WUML) AND FRAMINGHAM UNIV WAS (WDJM) AND SALEM COLLEGE (WSMU). MOST HAVE A HARDCORE / UNDERFROUND LOSCAL SHOWS. SOME HAVE A DEATH METAL SHOW..BUT ALSO HAVE VARIED "BLOCKS" OF REGGEA, BLUES, GARAGE ROCK ETC.THE GOOD STUFF IS EITHER ON EARLY MORNINGS OR LATE AT NIGHT.

YES I WAS A DJ FOR 7 YEARS AT WBRS BRANDEIS UNIVERSITY. MY SHOW WAS CALLED THE REVOLUTION SHOW. I HAD A 2 HR BLOCK EVERY WEEK.AND I ALSO BOOKED BANDS TO PLAY IN OUR FOYER / STAIRWELL FOR ANOTHER LIVE PROGRAM CALLED THE JOINT.WE HAD SOME GREAT SHOWS THERE.. CRUCIFIX, PSYCHO, CANCEROUS GROWTH,BULGE, SATAN'S WARRIORS,POST MORTEM, ETC ETC. WE HAD A BLAST DOING THAT EVERY YEAR WE HAD THE "SLAM FOR SATAN FESTIVA" TOO, BUT I EVENTUALLY GOT OUSTED.

I THEN DID A LOCAL CABLE T.V. SHOW CALLED "THE MEAT GRINDER" I DID THAT FOR 7 YEARS TOO! I WAS BASICALLY A VJ- INTRODUCING THE MUSIC VIDEOS AND EVENTUALLY INTERVIEWING BANDS LIKE NAPALM DEATH, PAUL BAYLOFF OF EXODUS,, GRIEF,STRAPPING YOUNG LAD, STUCK MOJO,INFESTATION,DECEMBER WOLVES,GOAT THROWER, ETC ETC. I GOT ALOT OF VIDEOS TO PLAY AND GOODIES TO GIVE AWAY FROM RELAPSE AND CENTURY MEDIA AND THE GREAT KAT! CDS, SIGNED POSTERS ETC. I DID 90 SHOWS TOTAL AND AM NOW HAVING A FRIEND CONVERT ALL THESE FROM VHS TO DIGITAL AND WILL SOON HAVE A MEAT GRINDER SHOW YOU TUBE CHANNEL SOON TOO.

MC: Was there any cool record stores in Mass that had underground music stuff in there store whether it be metal or hardcore stuff? If so what was the name of the store(s) and did you hang out there at times just talking to the store owner and stuff?

CI: YES. THERE ARE A FEW. NEWBURY COMICS WAS JUST STARTING OUT AND THERE WAS SECOND COMING RECORDS AND RRR RECORDS AND A FEW MORE. IN THOSE DAYS THE RECORDS STORES WERE QUITE SMALL AND I WOULD LOOK THROUGH ALL OF THEIR

LPS AND EPS AND ZINES. CDS WERE NOT AROUND YET! HA HA! SURE I WOULD TALK TO THE OWNERS AND OTHER CUSTOMERS...YA KNOW OLD SCHOOL NETWORKING !!!

MC: Do you remember the first underground music live show you went to and if you did what was the experience like? What has been some of the craziest shows you have ever been to over the years? Have you ever gone in the pit or stage dived at shows and if so have you ever gotten hurt from doing this?

CI: I AM NOT SURE WHAT WAS MY FIRST UNDERGROUND SHOW. MY FIRST CONCERT WAS IN 1974 AND WAS DEEP PURPLE AT THE BOSTON GARDENS!

I WOULD GO TO LOCAL CLUBS AND SEE LOCAL BANDS LIKE LA PESTE AND THE GIRLS. I ALSO SAW PUBLIC IMAGE LTD IN 1981 AND ALSO SAW THE CLASH, THE DAMNED,THE B-52'S,THE RAMONES AND THE PLASMATICS (ALL SEPERATE SHOWS OF COURSE)

I LOVED GOING TO THESE SEEDY CLUBS AND JUST TO HANG OUT AND TALK TO FRIENDS AND THE BANDS!

HERE IS A FEW CRAZY SHOWS I SAW BACK THEN: MISFITS WITH NEGATIVE FX AT A CHURCH! AWESOME SHOW BUT THE CHURCH GOT THEIR BATHROOMS DESTROYED AND REFUSED TO HOLD ANY MORE PUNK SHOWS THERE! THEN D.O.A. AT CANTONES....DOA CAME ON AND WERE GONNA DO "FUCKED UP BABY" AND ANNOUNCED IT WAS " RONALD REAGON YOU'RE FUCKED UP"...THEY START THE SONG AND I SWEAR WITHIN 10 SECONDS THE PLACE EXPLODES WITH CHAIRS FLYING,TABLES SMASHED,CEILING TILES ALL PULLED DOWN!!!!

THE SHOW WAS OVER AND THE PLACE WRECKED ALL IN LESS THAN 2 MINUTES! INCREDIBLE SHOW FOR SURE! ALSO SEEING WENDY O WILLIAMS ALMOST NAKED AND CUTTING A GUITAR IN HALF WITH A CHAINSAWWAS DEFINITLY A BIG RUSH FOR ME! I LOVE THAT KINDA SHIT!

ALSO SEEING G.G.ALLIN FOR THE FIRST AND ONLY TIME LIVE WAS A TOTAL WARZONE! EVERYBODY WAS SPITTING IN G.G.'S FACE AND HITTING HIM WITH FISTS AND FEET AND ACTUALLY 2X4'S WITH NAILS IN THEM !!

G.G. REALLY ROCKED AND THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME I MET G.G. ALLIN !!

I NEVER STAGE DOVE BUT WAS IN THE PIT ALOT. AT AN ACCUSED SHOW I WAS SITTING ON STAGE AND SOMEONE DOVE OVER MY HEAD AND I GOT KICKED IN THE EYE AND MY GLASSES WENT FLYING. BY THE END OF THE SONG I HAD A HUGE LUMP ABOVE MY EYE AND SOMEONE CAME UP TO ME AND GAVE ME MY GLASSES BACK  UNBROKEN!!! THAT WAS PRETTY GREAT!

MC: What has been the been the best live band you have ever seen and why are the best live band you have seen?

CI: PLASMATICS WAS PROB MY FAVE SHOW!!! I SAW THEM LIVE 3 OR 4 TIMES AND PSYCHO EVEN PLAYED WITH THEM IN GEORGIA IN 1989. GWAR LIVE WAS ALWAYS GREAT TOO!

FIRST TIME I SAW BLACK FLAG WAS AT A TRENDY DANCE CLUB.THIS WAS MY FIRST REALLY "DANGEROUS" SHOW. IT'S REALLY HARD TO SAY THE BEST SHOW. THE RAMONES WERE ALWAYS GREAT (SAW THEM 8 OR 9 TIMES)

TED NUGENT RULED LIVE! DEBRA HARRY WAS AMAZING AND HER VOICE WAS SPOT ON! SACRED REICH WAS AWESOME! WE HAD GOTTEN KICKED OUT OF THIS SHOW. BUT STAGE FOR SACRED REICH WAS LIKE A SMALL GREEN HOUSE STUCK ONTO THE SIDE OF THE CLUB!

WE WATCHED THEM IN THE POURING RAIN FROM 2 FEET AWAY! SO FUCKEN SICK! AGNOSTIC FRONT ALWAYS HAD A VIOLENT SHOW AS WELL AS THE CRO-MAGS! WOW NOW THINKING ABOUT THE CRAZINESS THEN! HAHAHAH WAS WELL WORTH IT.

EXPLOITED, MISFITS, NEGATIVE APPROACH, ETC ETC !! CLASSIC SHOWS FOR SURE CHRIS !!

MC: Were you a fan of fanzines at all and did you regularly read mags like Flipside? Over the years did you do any writing for any fanzines at all? If I remember you used to place ads for your label and distro in Maximum Rock N Roll. Did doing that really help your sales and spread the word about the label and did you pretty much runs ads every month in Maximum Rock N Roll? Looking back what did you think of the mag?

CI: YES I LOVED ZINES MAN! THE MORE HOME MADE THE BETTER! I ALWAYS READ MAX ROCK N ROLL AND FLIPSIDE I CHECKED OUT THE SMALLER LESS KNOWN ZINES TOO. THEY WERE A GOOD SOURCE TO CHECK OUT NEW MUSIC AND BAND INTERVIEWS! DOING ADS IN MRR REALLY WORKED OUT GREAT FOR AX/CTION RECORDS! WE WERE ESTABLISHED AS A REAL UNDERGROUND LABEL AND MAILORDER!

WE GOT LOTS OF MAIL FOR THESE ONCE A MONTH ADS AND WE DID THAT FOR MANY YEARS EVEN A FEW YEARS AFTER TIM YO DIED! MRR WAS A BIT TO POLITICAL FOR MY TASTES BUT WAS A GREAT RESOURCE FOR BANDS, ADS, AND REVIEWS.

JELLO BIAFRA (dead kennedys singer-chris) USED TO ORDER FROM US BACK THEN TOO! I EVEN STARTED MY OWN ZINE TOO! CALLED "SCAB BREATH ZINE"   I HAD ARTICLES AND INTERVIEWS AND EVEN HAD THE PORNO REPORT! SADLY I ONLY DID 4 ISSUES!

MC:  Now when did the idea come to start doing your own label? Around what year was this and how long did it take from the idea of doing a label till you had your first release come out? Looking back, what was the hardest thing you had to go through with making the label a reality?

CI: I JOINED UP WITH AX/CTION RECORDS IN 1984 RELEASED A BUNCH OF STUFF RIGHT AWAY. THE CANCEROUS GROWTH-"LATE FOR THE GRAVE" LP. PSYCHO-"SONG OF 8 SONG EP" 7"

"WELCOME TO AX/CTION ISLAND" COMP 7" ETC ETC. AX/CTION STARTED UP IN 1982 WITH THE PSYCHO 12" "8 SONG EP". AX/CTION WAS JOHNNY X AND BILL NORMAL'S LABLE AT THE TIME! I ALSO STARTED MY OWN LABLE IN 1990 FUDGEWORTHY RECORDS. JESUS CHRUST-"BLASPHEMY" 7" WAS MY FIRST RELEASE. THEN G.G. ALLIN AND BULGE-"LEGALIZE MURDER" 7"

THE HARDEST 2 THINGS WERE GETTING THE ORIGINAL CASH TO START THE LABEL AND THEN TO GET THE DISTRIBUTORS TO PAY ME. THAT WAS THE WORST! CALLING AND WRITING LETTERS ETC.  THERE WAS NOT REALLY ANY INTERNET BACK THEN SO THINGS TOOK A WHILE TO GET FIGURED OUT!

MC: Did you think in a million years when the label started you would still be doing it today and how many releases have you released over the years? How did you come up with the name and were many names thrown about by you in regards to the name?

CI: NO NOT REALL ! I EXPECTED THINGS TO CAVE IN A LONG TIME AGO! HA HA BUT IF YOU LOOK AT AX/CTION RECORDS WE HAD /HAVE 27 RELEASES SO FAR AND FUDGEWORTHY HAS 46 AND MORE COMING!

WELL WHEN YOU HAVE A SHITTY LABEL AND SHITTY BANDS A NAME LIKE FUDGEWORTHY SEEM TO FIT VERY WELL AND OUR SLOGAN IS "IF IT FUDGEWORTHY....IT AINT SHIT" !! AND STILL HOLD TRUE TODAY!

MC: Now when the label started to become a reality, how did you go about finding bands to sign and did many bands turn you down in the beginning and who was the first band that you signed and tell me about them. How many releases did you release with them?

CI: WE MOSTLY PUT OUT OUR OWN BANDS AT FIRST: PSYCHO, CANCEROUS GROWTH,JESUS CHRUST AND BULGE WAS ALL US !! SO WE USED THE LABLE AS A VEHICLE TO GET OUR NOISE OUT THERE!

EVENTUALLY WE PUT OUT SOME OF OUR FRIENDS STUFF TOO! RUPTURE.... MEAT SHITS...AND ANAL CUNT... WE WERE FRIENDS WITH SETH FOR YEARS. AND I LICENECED FROM HIM HIS "88 SONG EP" AND THE AC/MEATSHITS 7"

I DIDNT REALLY "SIGN" ANYONE... I JUST PUT OUT RECORDS ETC... BUT GROINCHURN FROM SOUTH AFRICA I DID A SPLIT WITH THEM AND THEN A PICTURE DISC 10 INCH. ALSO MIXOMATOSIS WE DID A SPLIT 7 INCH AND A FULL 7 INCH.

USUALLY THE BANDS MOVE ONTO BIGGER LABLES... I WAS A STEPPING STONE OF SORTS I GUESS! HEH!

MC: What was it like having your first release back from the pressing plant and in your hands so to speak? Where did you go to get your early stuff pressed and where do you go nowadays? Have you ever had a band present to you artwork that you had to tell them was not good due to it containing nudity or something racist, etc?

CI: THE FIRST CANCEROUS GROWTH ALBUM WAS PRETTY GREAT TO HOLD IN YOUR HAND !! I WAS MY FIRST APPEARANCE ON ANY RECORD AND I FELT PRETTY COOL!

MY FIRST RELEASE FOR FUDGEWORTHY WAS THE JESUS CHRUST 14 SONG EP WITH COVER ART BY JEFF CLAYTON (ANTISEEN) THAT WAS PRETTY COOL TO HAVE LIKE AN "ALL STAR" BAND MATERIALIZE INTO AN EP FROM JUST SCREWING AROUND WITH A FOUR TRACK RECORDER !!

I DID ALOT OF MY 7 INCHERS AT UNITED RECORD PRESSING IN TENN. BUT AFTER THEY GOT CAUGHT FOR RELEASING ALL THOSE MISFITS BOOTLEGS IN THE OLD DAYS THEY HAVE BEEN VERY STRICT AND VERY HARD TO WORK WITH NOW!

I DID USE ALBERTI RECORDS IN CALIF AND WORLD RECORDS IN CANADA, RAINBO RECORDS AND PIRATES PRESS TOO. ALL GREAT COMPANYS THAT WERE EASY TO WORK WITH.

I NEVER CENSOR MY BANDS MUSIC AND I DONT CENSOR THEIR ARTWORK EITHER.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

MC: How did you go about promoting the label back in the day and as far as your first release, how did you go about promoting it? Did you make up little flyers and have them spread around in the mail and stuff like that?

CI: THAT’S EXACTLY RIGHT. SMALL ADS IN MY MAIL AND I WOULD STAMP MY ADDRESS ON THE BACK AND THE NAME WOULD EVENTUALLY GET AROUND. I STILL DO THAT TODAY CHRIS!

MC: Do you find it harder promoting your releases today as opposed to back in the day? How do you promote your releases these days?

CI: IT MAY BE EASIER WITH ALL THE SOCIAL NETWORKS ETC BUT I STILL DO THE SMALL ADS AND I LEAVE EM IN CLUBS AND RECORD STORES, TATTOO SHOPS ETC . I LEAVE MY BUSINESS CARDS AROUND TOO.

MC: Now back in day around how many releases did you releases per year? Were most of the bands local or did they come from all over the US and even overseas? When you listen to a band, what do you listen for?

CI: USUALLY 1 OR 2 PER YEAR. STARTED WITH LOCAL BANDS AND EVENTUALLY FORIEGN BANDS. I LISTEN FOR AGGRESSIVENESS AND IF THE HAIR ON MY ARM STANDS UP THEN I SIGN THEM.

MC: You also did a distribution service called Infection Distro. What made you decide to do this, was it mostly to trade with other labels and help grow the label? Speaking of growing the label, did the label grow from year to year and then at some point to started to stay at a certain level?

CI: YES, IT'S WWW.INFECTIONDISTRO.COM/ I STARTED THIS BACK IN 1994 WHEN PSYCHO BROKE UP AND I LEFT AX/CTION RECORDS. I NEEDED TO HAVE MY OWN DISTRO. ALL ALONG I HAVE TRADED DIRECTLY WITH THE BANDS AND THE LABELS AND STILL DO. SURE THE LABEL HAS GROWN BUT I STILL RUN IT FROM MY BASEMENT. NO OVERHEAD OR RENT THIS WAY. IT'S PROBABLY ABOUT THE SAME SIZE AS ITS ALWAYS BEEN BUT NOW JUST MORE RELEASES TO PUSH.

MC: Have you ever had a chance to go overseas over the years and what has been the farthest place you have traveled or gone to see a show?

CI: YEAH CHRIS ! PSYCHO DID A TOUR OF AUSTRALIA BACK IN 1992 AND ALSO DID EUROPE IN 2011 WE GOT A CHANCE TO PLAY IN GERMANY, SWITZERLAND, ITALY,ENGLAND,BELGUIM ,HOLLAND,FRANCE AND CZECH REPUBLIC.

THEN PSYCHO TOURED IN MEXICO 2013. WE WILL PLAN TOURS IN COLOMBIA AND JAPAN IN THE NEXT FEW YEARS.

I HAVE DRIVEN TO NYC (WAS 5 HOURS DRIVE) TO SEE A SHOW (NAPALM DEATH'S FIRST US APPEARANCE). BUT SOMETIMES DRIVE TO RHODE ISLAND FOR SHOWS THAT'S 1 HOUR EACH WAY.  NOT TOO BAD. SO PROB AUSTRALIA IS THE FARTHEST I HAVE BEEN.

MC: Over the years, were you pretty much the only one doing the label or did over the years you had another employee here and there and did at some point the label/distro become your full time job? Is it your full time job over the years?

CI: IT’S ALWAYS BEEN ME, MYSELF AND I. I NEVER HAD HELP OR EMPLOYEES. ! IT’S ALWAYS BEEN A ONE MAN OPERATION FOR SURE.  I WISH I COULD LIVE ON THIS, BUT SADLY I NEED A REAL FULL TIME JOB !!(NOW WORKING AT A PILLOW FACTORY) I HAVE ALSO WORKED AT A MUSIC SHOP AS A DRUM TECH AND SHIPPER. I ALSO DID SOME PRODUCTION WORK AND FILM EDITING TOO. I HAVE HAD MOSTLY SHIPPING AND RECIEVING JOBS THO.

MC: Has there been a band or bands that you didn’t sign for one reason or another that went on to become a huge band or that became a band you regret not signing? I am sure back in the day you had many bands sending your stuff to your po box and at shows, do you still get a lot of bands doing this or has it changed? Do you get a lot of bands contacting you on say Facebook looking to get signed?

CI: SURE: PEST FROM FINLAND, IMPIETY FROMSINGAPORE, EYEHATEGOD, HAVOHEJ, GROINCHURN, PRONG, ANAL CUNT AND ASSUCK. HAD A CHANCE TO DO A SPLIT WITH NOCTURNAL BLOOD, BUT DIDNT HAVE THE MATERIAL.  KICKING MYSELF FOR THAT ONE ! OF COURSE PEOPLE STILL CONTACT ME ALL THE TIME. I ALSO JUST RELEASED CARNIVORE MIND/ ISHITONYOURFACE-SPLIT 7” AND WILL DO A 10 INCH FOR THE INFAMOUS GONKULATOR.  ALSO IN THE CAN IS A SPLIT 7" WITH MOLOCH/ FROSTMOON ECLIPSE (BOTH UKRAINE) AND A EYEHATEGOD/ PSYCHO SPLIT LIVE IN ITALY 7 INCH. THEN A BLACK METAL COMPILATION 10 INCH WILL HAVE: KULT OF AZAZEL, OBEISANCE, SATANIC GOAT RITUAL, GOAT FELCH, GONKULATOR, HAVOHEJ, MARTYRVORE, GOAT THROWER AND WARP VOMIT.

MC: Has your musical tastes changed much over the years? Has any band or bands that you signed over the years, for some reason or another their release didn’t sell many copies or that when they sent you finished product to release, disappointed you musicwise? Do you give the bands money or a budget to go into the studio to record?

CI: NO ... NOT REALLY THAT MUCH.  I STILL LOVE THE HARD AND FAST SHIT WHETHER ITS BLACK METAL DEATH OR GRIND, ITS ALL GOOD TO ME.

NO NOBODY HAS EVER DISAPPOINTED ME. THE ONLY BUDGET MONEY I HAVE EVER GIVEN TO ANY BAND( BESIDES MY OWN PROJECTS)  HAS BEEN $200 TO HAVOHEJ TO FINISH THEIR RECORDING FOR ME. ALL MY RELEASES COME TO ME COMPLETED AND PAID FOR BY THE BANDS.

MC: As far as working with bands, do you have them sign a contract or is mostly by words or a handshake type of deal? Have most of the bands you worked with been pretty fair as working with you or have some been very demanding to where it led to you parting ways with them?

CI: ALL MY CONTRACTS HAVE BEEN DONE WITH WORDS ONLY. NO SIGNED CONTRACTS EVER. EVERY BAND I HAVE WORKED WITH HAS BEEN COOL EXCEPT FOR I THINK THEY WERE CORPSE VOMIT FROM CHICAGO AREA. I DIDNT PUT OUT THEIR SPLIT EP QUICK ENOUGH FOR THEM AND THOUGHT I WAS A RIP OFF DUDE. HEY WHATEVER. THEY CAN BLOW ME.

MC: You have seen the underground go through many changes over the years. Is there even still a punk rock/hardcore scene these days? What have to you been some of the funniest trends musicwise you have witnessed over the years?

CI: THERE'S STILL ALOT FOR PUNK AND HARDCORE BANDS PLAYING AROUND BOSTON AREA THESE DAYS. I HATED THAT GRUNGE TREND. NEVER LIKED ANY OF THAT 90'S SEATTLE CRAP. DISCO SUCKED TOO.

MC: What has been your best selling release to date and are all your release still for sale by you or another distro in some way shape or form? Have you had to re-issue or re-release much of your releases over the years?

CI: BEST SELLING RELEASES HAVE BEEN THE FREEZE'S GUILTY FACE 10 INCH- 300 COPIES  SOLD RIGHT OUT QUICK!!AND THE SPLIT EYEHATEGOD/ 13 - 7 INCH SOLD OUT REALLY QUICKY LY TOO-200 COPIES.

THE G.G. ALLIN AND BULGE-LEGALIZE MURDER 7 INCH SOLD 1600 COPIES. AND I MAY REPRESS THAT BECAUSE I HAD ORIGINALLY MADE 3000 COVERS . SO MAY WANT TO RE DO THAT ONE.

ALMOST ALL MY RELEASES ARE SOLD OUT. THE ONLY REISSUSES HAVE BEEN EHG/ 13 SPLIT. I USUALLY LET THEM STAY SOLD OUT.

MC: Now when you release something these days how do you go about it? Do you release a lot of stuff on vinyl and CD or just cd? Do you put many 7” out and do you still get a lot of people buying vinyl these days?

CI: WELL, FIRST I NEED TO HAVE ENOUGH CASH TO DO THIS NEXT PROJECT AND OF COURSE I NEED THE MUSIC AND ARTWORK. I DO MOSTLY 7 INCHERS AND 10 INCHES.

OUT OF MY 46 RELEASES I HAVE ONLY DONE 2 CDS. ALL THE REST HAVE BEEN RECORDS. PEOPLE STILL BUY RECORDS. I LOVE VINYL- I AM NOT TO BIG ON CDS. KEEP THE VINYL ALIVE MAN.

MY LAST 3 RELEASES HAVE BEEN 2 7 INCH EPS AND A CASSETTE TAPE. STICKING TO MY OLD SCHOOL ROOTS.

MC: What do you think of bootlegs and sites like Ebay? Have you ever seen anything you released bootlegs? Have you ever been ripped off by a label over the years and if so what happened?

CI: NOT INTO BOOTLEGS AT ALL. EBAY IS COOL THO. YOU CAN FIND ALOT OF COOL STUFF THERE. MUSIC AND INSTRUMENTS AND MORE. HAVE NOT SEEN ANY OF MY STUFF BOOTLEGGED. AT LEAST NOT YET.

THERE HAS BEEN A FEW TRADES I DID THAT I JUST NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM. TOTAL RIP OFFS. ONE GUY FROM FRANCE AND ANOTHER FROM PHILIPINES, BUT OVER ALL THESE YEARS THATS NOT A BAD RATIO.

MC: Have you ever released certain things that were limited to a certain amount of copies? If so will there ever be a re-release of that release? What has the most money you have seen one of your releases go on say a site like Ebay?

CI: ALL OF MY RELEASES ARE LIMITED. BACK IN THE OLD DAYS I WOULD DO 1000 OF EACH 7 INCH AND NOW I AM ONLY DOING 500 OF EACH 7 INCH AND 666 OF EACH 10 INCH . MY NEXT RELEASE WILL BE THE TEN INCH FROM GONKULATOR.

THIS WILL BE CALLED "THREE" FOR OUR 3RD ALBUM. I'LL DO 1000 COPIES. ALSO A SPLIT SEVEN INCH WITH EYEHATEGOD/ PSYCHO I WILL PROB DO 2000 OF THOSE. WILL BE A SHAPED SAW BLADE EP ! JUST SOMETHING DIFFERENT YA KNOW.

I GUESS ON EBAY SOMEONE SOLD THE FIRST PSYCHO 12 INCH FOR LIKE $100 AND I HEARD SOME GONKULATOR SPLITS ARE GOING FOR $50 AND UP NOW. I DONT FOLLOW EBAY THAT MUCH.

THERE IS TALKS ABOUT A THREE ALBUM SET COMING OUT OF GONKULATOR, ALL THE EPS AND SPLITS AND 2 ALBUMS ON 3 ALBUMS. WOULD BE PRETTY COOL.

I USUALLY DONT REPRESS MINE STUFF,  BUT MAY DO THE G.G. ALLIN EP JUST CAUSE I HAVE 1000 + COVERS STILL LYING AROUND.

MC: Have you ever managed or had any thoughts of managing a band or ever gone on tour with a band at all over the years?

CI: NO NOT YET.  I HAVE MY HANDS FULL RIGHT NOW CHRIS WITH MY OWN PROJECTS AND SHOWS.

I HAVE TOURED WITH CANCEROUS GROWTH AND PSYCHO.  PLAYED IN BOTH BANDS.. 2 OR 3 TOURS LIKE THAT.

MC: Are there any particular releases or a certain release that you are looking for, but have no luck finding or you have, but it such an insane price that your not paying what they are asking for?

CI: NEW INQUISITION ALBUM OR THE PROFANATICA SPECIAL BOX !!! MANY MORE I JUST CANT AFFORD THESE EXTREME PRICES.

MC: What are your thoughts on vinyl? Do you own a turntable and are you a big fan of 7”?

CI: I LOVE RECORDS CHRIS. 7 INCH, 10 INCH AND 12 INCHES ALL RULE MAN. YES I HAVE A TURNTABLE MAN.

I LOVE TO HOLD THE RECORD IN MY HANDS AND JUST LOOK IT OVER  AND READ THE LYRICS ETC. CDS ARE TOO SMALL FOR ME. HAVE TO USE A MAGNIFING GLASS NOW.

MC: Has there been any time over the years that you have thought of just not doing the label anymore? Does it get to be a grind at times and have you had many packages lost by the postal service over the years and what do you think of them as a whole?

CI: HELL NO. THERE WAS A TIME RECENTLY THAT I COULD NOT RELEASE ANYTHING BECAUSE OF LACK OF FUNDS! MY NEWEST RELEASE CARNIVORE MIND/ ISHITONYOURFACE SPLIT 7 INCH TOOK OVER THREE YEARS TO PUT OUT. I HAD LOST MY REAL JOB AND HAD A FEW OTHER SET BACKS, BUT IT IS OUT NOW. SUMMER 2014. IT CAN SOMETIMES BE A GRIND JUST BECAUSE I HAVE TOOOOOO MUCH TO DO AND I DO EVERYTHING BY MYSELF.

I LAY OUT MOST OF OUR COVER ART, BOOK OUR SHOWS, DO ALL THE DRIVING TO THESE SHOWS, SELL ALL THE MERCH, PLAY IN THESE BANDS, MAKE ALL THE ADS AND FLYERS, PUT MY NEW 7"ERS TOGETHER (THATS 500 COPIES), MAINTENANCE MY WEBSITE, PRINT ALL OUR T SHIRTS, WORK A FULL TIME JOB, HAVE A FAMILY, ETC.

IT CAN GET A BIT OVER-WHELMING FOR SURE, BUT I LOVE DOING IT ALL. I LIKE TO STAY BUSY.  THE POST OFFICE IS GREAT FOR ME MAN.  I HAVE HAD ONLY 1 LOST PACKAGE OVER ALL THESE YEARS AND THEN IT TURNED UP AT MY DOOR A YEAR LATER. I HAVE NOT ONE BAD THING TO SAY ABOUT THE POSTAL SERVICE MAN. I KNOW ALL THE PEOPLE AT 2 OR 3 OFFICES THAT I GO TO. MY ONE COMLAINT IS THE LATEST INCREASE IN POSTAGE COSTS. I THINK THEY DO A DAMN GOOD JOB FOR THE MASSIVE AMOUNT OF MAIL THEY HAVE TO MOVE EACH DAY.

MC: Now what are some new releases will be seeing by the label from 2015 and beyond?

CI: SO I JUST RELEASED THE CARNIVORE MIND/ ISHITONYOURFACE SEVEN INCH EP. NEXT AFTER THAT IS THE GONKULATOR TEN INCH ALBUM. TEN NEW TUNES. THEN A SPLIT SEVEN INCH WITH 2 BANDS FOR UKRIANE: MOLOCH/ FROSTMOON ECLIPSE AND THEN A SPLIT LIVE EP FROM PSYCHO AND EYEHATEGOD AND THERE IS ALWAYS MORE IN THE WORKS.

MC: What are your thoughts on downloading and do you see that eventually replacing cds completely? What are your thoughts on cassettes and vinyl? Do you think the average kid just wants their music for free these days?

CI: I PERSONALLY HAVE NEVER DOWNLOADED ANY MUSIC YET. NOT A BIG FAN OF THE DOWNLOAD, BUT I REALIZE THAT NOW ITS A BIG PART OF THE MUSIC BIZ. I'M NOT GONNA DO DOWNLAODS, AT LEAST NOT YET ANYWAYS.

I PLAY CASSETTES EVERY DAY IN MY VAN AND I LOVE VINYL. I AM OLD SCHOOL GUY, NOT JUST OLD,  HE.HE  I AM SURE MOST KIDS THESE DAYS WANT MUSIC FOR FREE. WHO WOULDN'T?? I STILL ENJOY LOOKING AT THE COVER ART AND INSERTS AND LYRICS AND WITH MOST DOWN LOADS YOU MISS ALL THAT!! THAT TO ME IS A BIG LET DOWN. THE ARTWORK IS JUST AS IMPORTANT AS THE MUSIC.

MC: Do you print out catalogs on your releases/label these days? Do you have regular people who buy from you on a regular basis?

CI: I DID STILL PRINT UP CATALOGS UP TILL RECENTLY. I JUST HAVE SO MUCH STUFF COMING AND GOING THAT IT’S EASIER AND MORE EFFECTIVE TO JUST HAVE THE WEBSITE. I DO STILL PRINT UP LITTLE ADS FOR MY RELEASES AND PASS THEM THRU MY MAIL AND LEAVE AT RECORD STORES AND CLUBS, ETC..

I HAVE QUITE A FEW LOYAL CUSTOMERS THAT HAVE BEEN WITH ME FOR YEARS MAN.

MC: Now what are your thoughts on underground metal? Did you like bands like Metallica, Venom and Slayer back in the day at all? Have you ever signed any metal bands to the label at all and have metal bands ever sent you stuff in the hopes of getting signed at all?

CI: LOVE UNDERGROUND METAL FOR SURE. LOVE VENOM, SLAYER, DEICIDE, DEATH, TED NUGENT, EXODUS, ETC, BUT I TOTALLY HATE METALLICA. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF DOUCHE BAGS. ESP.LARS AND LAMES (JAMES) ALTHOUGH THEIR NEWEST BASSIST WAS IN SUICIDAL SO HE'S COOL !!

I HAVE NEVER WORKED OR SIGNED WITH A METAL BAND, BUT BACK IN THE DAY I DID GET A CASSETTE PROMO FROM GUNS AND ROSES . THEY WANTED SOME KINDA DEAL. HAHAHAHAH . I TOLD EM TO FUCK OFF AND EAT SHIT AND DIE. BASICALLY A NO THANKS !!I CULD HAVE MADE A TON OF CASH ON THAT BUT WOULD HAVE LOST ALL MY INTEGRITY AND COMPRIMISED MY VALUES. FUCK THAT. I PUT OUT WHAT I LOVE AND AM NOT LOOKING FOR THE NEXT BIG BAND TO MAKE ME RICH.

MC: Were you a fan of the crossover scene back in the day? Did you like bands like DRI, Agnostic Front, DRI, Leeway and bands like that when they injected some metal sounds in their music?

CI: HELL YES. I LOVE D.R.I. AND AGNOSTIC FRONT. LIKE METAL, BUT ALSO I HATE WHEN A BAND GOES FROM THEIR PUNK ROOTS AND CHANGE THEIR SOUND AND VALUES TO TRY TO MAKE A "HIT ALBUM".

LIKE THE NERCOS DID OR D.Y.S. OR S.S.D DID IN THE EARLY DAYS. HATE HOW EARLY D.C. BANDS WERE AGGRESSIVE AND SUCH BUT THEN LISTEN TO FUGAZI AND RITES OF SPRING. THAT SHIT IS SO FUCKING SPINELESS AND LIMP. WHY WASTE YOU TIME WITH THAT SHIT.

MC: Do you send promos out to any publications these days? Were you sorry to see the print part of fanzines pretty much fade away and everybody just went to the interent? (I personally was sorry to stop doing the print part of my zine-cf).

CI: YES, USUALLY I DO SEND OUT PROMOS TO A FEW ZINES .AND MAGS LIKE 10-20 COPIES.. LIKE TERRORIZER AND DECIBLE AND I KNOW ALOT OF WEBZINES AND BLOGS TOO. I LOVE ZINES AND IT’S SAD THAT NOT TO MANY PEOPLE STILL PRINT UP ZINES ANY MORE. I NEED BATHROOM READING MATERIAL. JUST GOT A FEW NEW ONES, BELLS OF ACHERON AND INVOCATION OF THE OBSCENE GODS. BOTH VERY WELL DONE AND GREAT PICTURES AND INTERVIEWS MAN. HELP KEEP THE PRINTED ZINES ALIVE.

MC: Has any bigger labels over the years ever tried to steal any of your bands or offered you a job at a label? Do you think you would make for a good A & R person for a big label?

CI: HAHAHAHAH. NO!  I THINK I COULD BE A GOOD A+R GUY, BUT PROB COULDN'T BRING IN THE BIG BUCKS SELLING BAND TYPES. AT LEAST TO SATISFY THE BIG RECORD LABLES...

MC: Do you think sites like My Space and Facebook help or hurt bands in the long run? What has been the weirdest or funniest way you discovered band and signed them?

CI: MYSPACE IS GETTING PRETTY OLD NOW. I CAN PROMOTE MY BANDS AND LABLE PRETTY WELL ON FACEBOOK.  I THINK IT DOES HELP THE BANDS ALOT WITH EXPOSUREAND JUST NETWORKING. SORRY NO FUNNY STORIES ON THIS SUBJECT...

MC: What are your thoughts on the You Tube and Twitter? Has any of your bands ever done a video for you and posted it on You Tube?

CI: I DIG YOU TUBE A LOT, BUT I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT TWITTER. NO BAND HAS DONE A VIDEO ESP FOR ME OR MY LABLES. BUT MOSTLY LIVE VIDEOS OF MY BANDS. I ALSO HELP PROMOTE THOSE VIDEOS ON MY FACEBOOK PAGES AND MY DISTRO WEBSITE.

MC: Do you still go to many shows and what has been some bands that have impressed you live lately? Where did you used to go see shows back in the day and where do you go to shows these days?

CI: I TRY TO GO TO ALOT OF SHOWS, BUT WITH THE FAMILY LIFE ETC, IT'S NOT THAT EASY TO GO TO THEM ALL. I HAVE TO PICK AND CHOOSE WHICH SHOWS I REALLY WANT TO GO TO. I JUST SAW EAT THE TURNBUCKLE AND THEY KICKED ASS LIVE AND ALSO SAW EYEHATEGOD LIVE RECENTLY. I HAVE KNOWN MIKE AND JIMMY FOR MANY MANY YEARS SO I MIGHT BE A BIT BIASED. I LOVE MARTYRVORE, HAXEN , KILSLUG ETC. SAW ST VITAS LAST SUMMER AND LOVED THEM. BRUJERIA WERE ALSO EXCELLENT LIVE TOO. GONNA SEE SKELETON WITCH AND GHOUL IN A FEW WEEKS.

OLD BOSTON CLUBS WERE : THE RAT, THE UNDERGROUND, MEDIA WORKSHOP, GALLERY EAST, THE SPACE, T.T THE BEARS, CANTONES, THE CHANNEL.

NOW THERE'S THE MIDDLE EAST, THE CANTAB, WALTHAM SPORTS PUB, THE SHASKEEN, THE MIDWAY. THERE'S ALOT OF HOUSE AND LOFT PARTIES TOO !!

MC: Take me through a typical day for you these days and is running the label at times a 7 days a week job or do you have a regular job these days?

CI: I WISH I COULD LIVE OFF THE LABEL CHRIS, BUT THAT WILL NEVER HAPPEN. I DONT WANT TO BORE YOU. LIKE THIS INTERVIEW HASNT PUT YOU TO SLEEP YET. (not hardly-chris).

BUT MY DAY IN A NUTSHELL IS I WAKE UP GET BREAKFAST FOR THE KIDS AND SHOWER OFF TO WORK. WORK 8-10 FRANTIC HOURSCOME HOME. COOK DINNER OR BE LUCKY IF WIFE HAS DINNER READY.  MOST TIMES SHE DOES. THEN FINALLY DO SOME LABLE STUFF AND LIKE

LAYOUT FLYERS AND COVERS AND ADS. PAY BILLS BAND PRACTISE AND THEN SMOKE AND DRINK ALL NIGHT AND FINALLY CRASH. NEXT DAY SAME THING BUT INSTEAD OF BAND PRACTISE ADD PRINT T SHIRTS OR GO SWIMMING AT MY MOM'S OR MOW THE LAWN.

I HAVE TO HAVE FULL TIME JOB AND SO DOES THE WIFE. WE HAVE LOTS OF BILLS FOR THE HOUSE AND KIDS AND CARS ETC.

MC: If a band wanted to send you something for your ears to listen to, what is the easiest way for them to do that?

CI: PROB ON LINE IS THE EASLIEST BUT I LIKE TO GET STUFF IN THE MAIL THAT A BAND CREATED.. MUSIC AND PACKAGING, BUT PLEASE CLEARLY MARK THE CD OR CASSTETTE TAPE WITH THE BAND NAME. I GET SO MANY AND ALOT COME WITH OUT THE NAME ON THE TAPE OR CD... ITS GETS LOST SO EASY HERE.

SO EMAIL ME AT [email protected] OR

SEND PROMO CRAP TO ME AT: MR. INFECTION 8 STEVIN DRIVE WOBURN,MASS. 01801 USA

MC: Where do you see the underground scene as a whole in say 3 years, then 5 years and even in 10 years?

CI: I AM HOPING IT WILL STAY PRETTY MUCH THE SAME. HOPE FOR PSYCHO TO GET THE RECOGNITION THAT WE DESERVE.  THE SCENE WILL PROBABLY CHANGE IT ALWAYS DOES. BUT LETS HOPE FOR THE BEST.

MC: Have you over the years ever re-issued something that came out on another label? If you haven’t, would you do that if the right release came along? When are we seeing your 50 cd box set come out he he?

CI: YES I LICENCED FROM SETH FROM ANAL CUNT HIS "88 SONG EP" AND THE A.C./ MEATSHITS SPLIT EP. SOLD 500 OF EACH VERY VERY QUICKLY AND ON AX/CTION RECORDS WE LICENCED FROM SHIVADARSHANA RECORDS THE ORDER FROM CHAOS-"PLATEAU OF INVINCIBILITY" 10 INCH AND THAT IMPIETY FIRST SEVEN INCH. HAHAHAHAH 50 CD SET WOULD HAVE TO INCLUDE EVERY DUMB SIDE PROJECT I HAVE DONE AND ALL THE GOOD BANDS I PLAYED WITH THAT MIGHT MAKE FIFTY CDS, BUT I THINK WE WOULD HAVE TO MAKE UP A FEW CDS WORTH OF SHIT.

MC: Please plug any websites you have and where is the best place to go for somebody who wants to see what stuff you have for sale?

CI: WWW.INFECTIONDISTRO.COM/ IS THE MAIN SITE .. THEN WWW.FACEBOOK.COM/CHARLIE INFECTION OR FACEBOOK.COM/PSYCHOBOSTON...OR FACEBOOK.COM/GOATFELCH

OR INVITE ONLY TO MY SECRET LAIR OF RARE AND EXTREME GOODIES !! EMAIL ME AT [email protected]

MC: Looking back, what are some of your favorite moments of doing the label and what have been some of the biggest disappointments?

CI: THAT’S A TOUGH QUESTION CHRIS. BASICALLY I GET PSYCHED UP WITH EVERY NEW RELEASE I PUT OUT. GETTING NEW MUSIC I LIKE AND WANT TO PUT OUT. DISAPPOINTMENTS: WHEN BANDS ACCUSE YOU OF REPRESSING THEIR RELEASES WHEN THAT DIDNT HAPPEN. LIKE BACK IN 1986 I RELEASED THE ALBUM COMP "REVNGE OF THE KAMAKAZI STEGOSAURUS" AND HAD BANDS LIKE G.G. ALLIN, PSYCHO, THE FREEZE, PTL KLUB,PRONG, NO FRAUD, WRETCHED AND THE MENTORS !! WHEN I DO A COMP MY USUAL PAYMENT IS TO GIVE THE BANDS COPIES SINCE I HAD ALOT OF BANDS ON THIS I PROMISED EACH BAND 10 COPIES, WHICH I SENT OUT TO EACH BAND, BUT FAST FORWARD TWENTY FIVE YEARS AND SICKIE WIFEBEATER ACCUSES ME OF REPRESSING THE COMP. NOW ORIGINALLY I DID 2000 COPIES AND SOLD 1100 RIGHT AWAY AND THEN SAT OF THE LAST 900 FOR ALL THESE YEARS, SLOWLY SELLING A FEW AND TRADING A BUNCH HERE AND THERE. I JUST FINALLY GOT RID OF THET LAST ONE THIS YEAR, BUT I TOLD SICKIE THAT I SENT EL DUCE THEIR COPIES ANS WASNT SURE WHAT HE HAD DONE WITH THEM. SOLD EM FOR BOOZE .. DRUGS/// WENCHES/// ?????? WHO KNOWS?? WE WILL NEVER KNOW NOW THAT EL DUCE IS DEAD AND THE DEAL WAS WITH EL AND NOT SICKIE THO SICKIE SAID IT WAS HIS SONG SO I HAD A FEW COPIES STASHED AND TOLD HIM I WOULD SEND HIM 5 MORE COPIES ANYWAYS. I KEPT MY PART OF THAT DEAL TWICE TRYING TO GET HIM FROM SLAGGING ME AND MY LABEL, BUT SICKIE BEING THE DRUGGED OUT LOSER THAT HE IS STILL KEEP BADGERING ME AND I HAVE SEEN THE NEW MENTORS TWICE NOW AND SICKIE HAS BEEN REPLACED. I WANTED TO CONFRONT HIM BUT STILL HAVE NOT YET. I DID SEE DR. HEATHEN SCUM A FEW WEEKS AGO WHEN GOAT FELCH PLAYED WITH THE MENTORS  IN NEW YORK. ALL I CAN SAY IS THAT I TREAT MY BANDS WELL AND YOU CAN ASK ANYONE I HAVE WORKED WITH OVER THE LAST 30 PLUS YEARS.

MC: How long do you see the label being around or you don’t think like that and just take things week to week and how many people currently work at the label these days?

CI: I WILL KEEP DOING THE LABLE TILL I DIE CHRIS. I AM 55 NOW AND WILL BE 56 SOON SO WHO KNOWS HOW MUCH TIME I HAVE LEFT. 10 MINUTES 10 YEARS ???  30 YEARS ?? I HAVE NO EMPLOYEES MAN. IT’S ALL ME. JUST BLAME ME.

MC: What are some things you like to do when your not doing label related or music related stuff? Do you follow any sports at all?

CI: NO REAL SPORTS DUDE.  MIGHT CATCH WRESTLING (WAS A BIG FAN IN THE 90'S AND GOT  TO MEET SOME OF THE GREATS LIKE  STONE COLD STEVE AUSTIN, BRET AND OWEN HART, THE ROCK, TRIPLE H, KANE....JERICHO...CHYNA..) OR SOME MMA STUFF OR OLYMPICS STUFF. MOSTLY HANGING WITH MY 2 DAUGHTERS AGED 11 AND 13 OR JUST HANGING OUT WITH FRIENDS. MUSIC IS ALWAYS A FACTOR IN EVERYTHING I DO AND BREATHE. LOVE TO TALK BAND SHIT WITH FRIENDS. JUST LAUGHING AND GETTING BAKED. DONT FORGET THE CHORES:  LAUNDRY, DISHES, DOG WALKS ETC ECT.

MC: Charlie, thanks for doing this novel of an interview. Any last words and good luck with the label moving forward?

CI: THANKS A MILLION CHRIS. SORRY IT TOOK SO LONG TO COMPLETE FOR YOU. HAD TO WRITE IT BY HAND AND EDIT AND THEN TYPE IT ALL UP. AGAIN HOPE I WASNT TOOOOO BORING IN GIVING YOU THE INSITES OF THE MIND AND LIFE OF CHARLIE INFECTION. PLEASE EDIT THIS IN ANY WAY MAN. KEEP THE GOOD STUFF I YOU FEEL I WAS RAMBLING ON TOO MUCH. WILL SEND YOU A FEW PICS TOO OK. THANKS CHRIS AND GOOD LUCK WITH THE ZINE MAN. THANKS AGAIN.
